The staff at Bay Garden Inn provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, decorating our room and surprising us with thoughtful gestures. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The free rum punch on arrival and the bottle of champagne for our honeymoon/anniversary were delightful surprises. The free shuttle to the beach was convenient, but we also enjoyed the 20-30 minute walk. Don't miss out on visiting Pigeon Island, Castries, and the Friday night street party in the North - they are all worthwhile experiences.

The staff are incredibly helpful and the location is perfect for all amenities, including supermarkets, banks, and transportation. The breakfast at the hotel is always great and the beds are very comfortable. I was impressed by the staff's accommodation when I needed an early breakfast before leaving. The Bay Garden hotel opposite offers excellent breakfast choices and the complimentary rum punch and rum party were a nice touch. Being able to use the facilities at the Bay Garden hotel and the free shuttle bus to the beach were great perks.

Heaven on earth. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I was pampered with excellent service and courtesy. The staff could not be more helpful, and it’s perfectly situated for all amenities, banks, supermarkets, medical, transportation. The complementary breakfast was good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel and gardens are really well maintained. Great to use facilities at the beach hotel and have the regular shuttle bus.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Esther and Janna, were excellent and made our stay memorable. The hotel's close proximity to Rodney's Bay shopping area was a plus. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of food, fruit, and omelets made to order. The gardens in all of the hotel properties were beautifully landscaped. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to the beach, which was very convenient.
