Another standout feature was the complimentary selection of drinks in the fridge upon arrival - a generous touch that we haven't experienced at other hotels. The location was excellent, just a 10 to 20-minute walk from the old town, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the peaceful city view from the rooftop. we were highly satisfied with our stay.

loved our stay at a super nice hotel in Palma de Mallorca. The staff went out of their way to help, with early breakfast and amazing service. The sixth floor plunge pool and bike rentals were a great bonus. Will definitely recommend Hm Balanguera to others!
