I recently stayed at a gorgeous resort for a few days and had the most wonderful time. The staff at Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The resort offers a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it easy to find something delicious to eat. The beach is absolutely breathtaking and the beach huts were a unique and enjoyable experience. The fire show at night was amazing and added to the overall ambiance of the resort. One of the highlights of our stay was the full day boat trip, which was my favorite day during my whole trip. The staff on the boat were fantastic and provided us with plenty of water, juice, fruit snacks, and a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend this resort and its exceptional staff.

I absolutely loved the location of the resort, it had such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The private beach was a huge plus, it was beautiful and not crowded at all. The fact that the resort offered island tours was also a great convenience for me, as it saved me the hassle of having to search for tour options elsewhere. The staff, especially at the restaurant, were very welcoming and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and I didn't feel the need to go elsewhere to eat.

One thing I didn't like was that the rooms did not have air conditioning. Although the fan provided was enough for a comfortable sleep, I would have preferred having AC. Additionally, the room and bathroom were not fully sealed, which could potentially allow animals to enter, though I didn't encounter any during my stay.

My family and I had a delightful stay at a beachfront hut in Phi Phi. The staff recognized us from our previous visit, making us feel valued. The massages and restaurant were reasonably priced and of excellent quality. The water was crystal clear and perfect for a relaxing swim. Despite a few inconveniences like noisy speed boats and bat droppings, we had a fantastic time overall. I would highly recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway.

Spent xmas at this hotel and it was a disappointment. The location was far from everything and we had to pay for water taxi just to get to town. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. They tried their best to assist us despite the language barrier. Another advantage was the beautiful sea view from the terrace and bathroom window.

The towels in the room were old and worn out. The beach was private but not well-maintained.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding. The prices for the accommodation were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I loved how the huts edged on the jungle, creating a unique and immersive experience. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They provided great service and were incredibly helpful, even accommodating my specific needs as a handicapped individual. Lastly, the location was unbeatable. Being situated on a private beach with the most beautiful views was a dream come true. I also enjoyed snorkeling just off the beach and exploring the nice coral beach.

We had an amazing time at Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort. The bungalows were beautifully decorated and had stunning views from the balcony. The secluded beach was perfect for lounging and the beach bar offered a great variety of cocktails. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the personal account system made everything hassle-free. Snorkeling in the coral reef just 10 meters from the shore was a highlight, with colorful fishes all around. The whole resort felt like a piece of paradise.
