The hotel had a great location near the city center and was easy to find. There was a variety of delicious food options at breakfast and dinner, with never a shortage. The staff was helpful and one staff member named Victoria kindly assisted us in changing our room. The room itself was comfortable and the temperature was just right. The hotel also had a pool and gym, although we didn't have a chance to try them. a pleasant stay for our family.

Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities, including an indoor pool and a playroom for kids.

I did find that the traffic congestion around the hotel during peak hours was a bit of a hassle.

The shower in my room was very accessible, with a proper handrail and no risk of slipping. The instructions for operating the shower were clearly displayed, making it convenient for guests. The lighting in the room was well-designed, allowing separate control of the bedside lights for individual reading preferences. The hotel had a great layout, with a spacious cafeteria offering tasty food all day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms were large and comfortable, with effective air conditioning. The hotel was easily accessible and not too far from the city center.

The staff at this modern hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, and patient with my attempts at Spanish. The location was good, just a 10-15 minute walk into the city center, and there were maps available for guidance. The reception area was large and bright, and the bar/cafe was lovely. I also appreciated the underground parking, which was reasonably priced. this hotel was great value for money for a budget traveler.

The only downside I felt was that the hotel was located next to a major road, so it was never truly tranquil. However, the overall experience was still wonderful, and the staff made me feel very special, always going above and beyond to assist.

Had a great time during Easter break! the staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. the location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and stunning views of the city.

The noise level in the room. We were able to hear everything going on outside, including street traffic and construction.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room upgrade we received was a pleasant surprise, with a larger room and a separate seating area. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel itself was very quiet. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, which offered a wide range of options at a reasonable price. The location was convenient, with easy access to the dual carriageway and a 15-minute walk to the main tourist areas of the city. We only wish we had stayed longer to take advantage of the leisure facilities.
