We loved the brand new Falkensteiner hotel! The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the train station and close to the main attractions of the city. The service was outstanding, with friendly and outgoing staff. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also has a top-notch fitness center and a spa area with saunas, which we enjoyed using every day. We highly recommend visiting this hotel before it gets fully booked!

I appreciated the free drink vouchers and daily complimentary soda for not having our room made up. the gym was clean and well equipped and the hotel's location was perfect for my business meetings.

I couldn't enjoy my stay because the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. Even after staff kindly tried to remedy the situation, the air conditioning never seemed to work properly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, the value was incredible. The room was spacious, quiet, and had great aircon. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Plus, the location was perfect, close to the city center and right next to the main station. And the staff? They were so helpful and friendly, they even arranged a day tour for us. I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a great location, right next to a Metro station. The decor was stunning, and the hotel staff, aside from the shower door issue, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. There were also some fantastic traditional Czech pubs and restaurants just a short walk away from the hotel, offering great beer and good food.
