I had a wonderful stay at Rafaelhoteles Piramides. The receptionist provided a quick check-in and the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. The hotel's location was convenient for easy travel to and from the airport. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent - so helpful and polite. The maintenance staff even helped us with fixing a wheel on our suitcase. The room was clean and contained everything we needed. We stayed there twice during our vacation and had different room types - a simple and small room with a mini-bar and kettle, and a spacious 2-room suite with 2 TVs, armchairs, and bathrobes. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was just in front of a metro station that took us straight to the city center. It was also close to little parks and within walking distance to the art galleries we wanted to visit.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel, it was lovely and the staff were amazing.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the bathroom had a problem with flooding when taking a shower, as the glass wasn't enough to prevent the water from reaching outside the shower.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice and assistance throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The soundproofing in the hotel was poor. We could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which disturbed our sleep at times.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the room being well-equipped and cleaned daily. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and useful information upon arrival. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there were also great tapas bars nearby for a tasty evening meal.

This hotel has a great location, just in front of the Piramides metro station. It's so convenient to have a metro line right on your doorstep that takes you straight to the city center. The surrounding area is quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials, and I particularly enjoyed the view to the Pyramids column from my window.

The WiFi speed was not good.

The location was perfect, near our son's flat and with good transport connections. The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good and there was a friendly tapas bar nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great location of this hotel. It was only a few steps away from the nearest subway station, which made it very easy to move around the city. we loved the fact that we could walk to some of the main attractions in the city, without having to take public transportation. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The check-in time was so late. It would have been much easier for us if we were able to check-in earlier, as we arrived in the city quite early with our child.

This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, with a metro line right in front of the hotel that took me straight to the city center in no time. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the rooms had a unique touch with a view to the Pyramids column.

One minor area for improvement would be the lack of a single window in the rooms. Despite this, the hotel made up for it with its other great attributes.
