The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and offered a wonderful view. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

Noise was a major issue during my stay. There were constant disturbances from outside, including late-night garbage collections and ongoing construction work nearby.

Ik verbleef in een standaard kamer die comfortabel en goed uitgerust was. De badkamer was klein maar functioneel, schoon en modern. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit, met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Gelukkig was de locatie van het hotel ideaal, vlakbij het historische stadscentrum. Een echte aanrader!

Helaas was de instructie om de verwarming hoger of lager te zetten verwarrend door de werking van de knoppen.

Hostal Aresol is just steps away from Puerta del Sol, a bustling area with great shopping and exciting street performances. the hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, allowing us to escape the street noise and enjoy a peaceful stay. the staff, although not fluent in English, were incredibly caring and responsive to our needs. We appreciated the larger room and decent-sized bathroom. the property was spotlessly clean, and we even received an electric kettle upon request. it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you're on a budget.

The location was superb, just steps away from a great shopping area and the metro. Our room, 105, was larger and more comfortable than previous places we've stayed. We appreciated the cleanliness and the polite and efficient staff. They even provided us with an electric kettle when we asked for it. a very positive experience.

All the main attractions are within a short walk, including museums, palaces, and popular shopping streets. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. The friendly staff ensures that everything is taken care of, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel also provides toiletries, a hairdryer, and even a razor. The windows in the rooms offer a nice view and can be opened to let in fresh air.

There is only one set of keys for the room, which can be inconvenient when traveling as a group or a family.

loved the vintage vibe of the metal elevator and how it was incorporated into the overall design. The room was small but clean, with nice details like a big mirror and comfortable bed. Pedro at reception was a savior in a difficult situation and the location was great & central.

It was so centrally located that I didn't need any transportation to reach all the attractions. This saved me a minimum of 8 euros per day on transport. the view from the room was amazing and the room itself was cozy and clean. the staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was even able to leave my luggage there early in the morning before checking in. the overall experience was perfect for me.
