The location of the Oakwood hotel is perfect for exploring the city and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. I loved the complimentary snacks and hot drinks in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Oakwood! The hotel was cozy and felt just like home. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. I want to express my gratitude to the staff, especially Siti, for their friendly and excellent service. They even helped me plan a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

As longer term business travelers, we loved the location in Chinatown. Plenty of things to do and eat, and close to Outram Park station. The rooms were well-designed and clean, with lots of natural light. The hotel facilities were great, including a fitness room, laundry machine, kitchen area, and work lounge. The lobby also had free snacks and the Affogato Room served delicious desserts. The provided botanical and eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch.

Exceptionally situated at the heart of Chinatown, this hotel boasts an amazing location on a beautiful street in close proximity to a Buddhist church and right next to the Singapore river. The rooms, though not too spacious, are exquisitely furnished with everything you might need and offer sparkling clean and modern bathrooms. The breakfast is quite fantastic with its free snacks and complimentary drinks that include coffee, tea, and chocolate. The staff is genuinely friendly and always willing to help with any needs, including left luggage.

Sadly, the hotel lacks basic facilities such as a restaurant, bar, and gym.

We had an amazing time here! The location in colourful Chinatown was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to walk to the main food street and several great places for brunch and dinner. Not to mention, the hotel provided excellent services with personalized assistance from the reception staffs and their 24-hour room service. On top of that, the communal kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the refillable water initiative was a great effort for reducing plastic waste.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of a bustling chinatown and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. It made exploring the city a breeze! The staff greeted me with big smiles and even accommodated my early check-in request, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was beautifully designed with high-end fittings and comfortable bedding. I also loved the added touch of the Ashley and Co. toiletries, which made me feel like I was using a top-notch brand. the quality of service and attention to detail made my stay here truly memorable.
