The receptionist was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and noting the location. The room was clean and well-prepared. The bed was comfortable and there were nice towels in the bathroom.

The noise was unbearable. We could hear everything from both inside and outside the property.

My recent stay at Hostal Inn was exceptional. The central location allowed me to easily explore all the important attractions in Madrid on foot. The host, Tamara, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with a map and detailed explanations of how to get to each attraction. The hostel was clean and the room size was adequate for my needs. I had a wonderful experience at Hostal Inn and would highly recommend it. Despite being a budget-friendly option, it exceeded my expectations.

Likes/most positive aspects: Great location - very central and close to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff - they were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.Clean and well-equipped room - had all the necessary amenities and was kept tidy.

Dislikes/worst aspects: Confusing entrance - it was difficult to find the correct floor and elevator to the hotel.

A 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and a TV in the room. Just a stone's throw away from a shopping center and within walking distance of all the attractions. Plenty of activities in the area to keep me entertained.

Oh, how I loved the noise from the busy street outside my closed window, it was music to my ears.

We got incredible value for our money at Hostal Inn. The room was delightful with a super comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, right in the main hub, and the staff were phenomenal - genuinely helpful and friendly.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

We stayed at a cute and clean inn for 3 nights in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing tour information and suggestions. The room was comfortable, with modern amenities and fast wifi. The inn's air conditioning was a pleasant surprise in the hot weather. our stay at Hostal Inn was enjoyable and we would definitely choose to stay there again.
