The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries. Additionally, the hostel is within walking distance to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was immaculate, quiet, and had a nice balcony. Communication from the staff was excellent, even using WhatsApp to ensure our safe entry. The location was central, with affordable food options nearby.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of a bustling city. The location was fantastic, with the main tourist attractions and subway just a short walk away. It made exploring the city super convenient! The room itself was small but charming, and most importantly, it was clean. I appreciated having a coffee machine and a fridge in the room, which added a nice touch to my stay. The staff were also very helpful during check-in and check-out, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the building itself was quite old, including the elevator, which felt a little scary to me.

We had a fantastic stay at Hostal Madrid Sol! the staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Puerta del Sol and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. it was the perfect base for our trip to explore the city.
