The location was excellent, as it was very near to the centre of the town. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a large and well-decorated bedroom and bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the building. The breakfast selection was amazing, with fresh fruit and a variety of hot choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, complete with a luxurious bathtub/jacuzzi. The location was absolutely stunning, right on the water with views of the peaceful river flowing into the sea. The staff at Bank were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help.

The menu for breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but the quality of the food was still top-notch.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the harbour and the garden area. It's just a short walk down to the harbour and you can even enjoy a view of the little estuary from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a sitting area, kitchen, and patio. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.

We booked a romantic escape to this repurposed church for our anniversary. The breakfast served in the delightful room was beautifully presented just like in many four-star hotels. , the staff was attentive and friendly enough to make us feel welcome. Despite the lack of a designated parking lot, the key location of the hotel allowed us to explore the nearby attractions with ease.

Sadly, the lounge didn't have much to offer during our stay. It could have been put to better use, perhaps with a complimentary happy hour for other travellers to meet and chat.
