Stayed at a great hostel in the heart of the city, with an unbeatable location. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking one of the squares. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hostel was conveniently located near Plaza del Sol and had easy access to public transport. the room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a heating system and air conditioning. Daily cleaning and towel changes were a bonus. a wonderful stay at Hostal Santa Cruz.

The view and location were amazing, as it was right in the heart of this city. The hotel was situated on a small square less than 100m from the Plaza Mayor, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there were coffee shops right outside and plenty of cafes nearby, providing a variety of dining options. The hotel's proximity to the metro station also made it easy to get to from the airport by train. The staff, especially Janet the manager, were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The hotel facilities were great, the room was spotlessly clean and the maids ensured it was cleaned everyday with fresh towels.

Staying at Hostal Santa Cruz was a fantastic experience. the corner room we had was facing the Plaza, offering us a great view of all the action happening below. Surprisingly, once we closed the balcony doors, it was incredibly quiet. the location was superb, just a one-minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and three-minute walk to the Metro Sol station. We had no trouble finding a taxi on the Plaza, even at 5:30am when we needed to go to the airport. the manager, Janet, was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. the maids were also amazing, ensuring our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. the location was excellent and provided great value for our money.
