The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant nightlife and surrounded by authentic Tapas bars where locals gather. The transportation links were excellent, with the Gran Via metro station just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a top-notch experience.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean with professional cleaning service. The design of the bathroom walls was beautiful. I also loved the convenience of the tea/coffee/snacks machine.

The location of the hostel was really convenient, close to the city center and all the metro stations. It was just a short walk from the Gran Via metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The room and bathroom were spotless, with attention to detail and unexpected touches that were appreciated. The staff were kind, understanding, and helpful, providing excellent service. the wifi was great, and there were complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste provided.

Some nights, there was a bit of noise from a nearby pub or club, with people talking loudly until the early hours of the morning. This could be a bit disruptive for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful sleep.
