As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient and central location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and the pier, making it easy for us to explore the area. The friendly and helpful staff provided great recommendations for sightseeing and made phone calls for reservations. The hotel also offered a lovely tropical garden and a pool, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The included breakfast was fantastic, with delicious scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, coffee. we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

We felt well taken care of and had no reason to complain.

During my recent stay at O'Tai, I was delighted by the hotel's prime location in a stunning garden. The well-maintained grounds were filled with vibrant flowers, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Easter Island. Although the hotel was not a luxurious 5-star resort, it was a step up from other small island accommodations and was impeccably clean. While I couldn't get the AC unit to work in my room, the ceiling fan provided ample comfort. The hotel also welcomed me with a refreshing glass of fruit juice upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture after a long flight. The added convenience of having breakfast included was a definite plus, especially considering the high cost of food on the island. I highly recommend O'Tai for anyone traveling to this remote and beautiful destination.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The gardens were absolutely stunning and the swimming pool in the center was warm and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we were delayed due to not knowing about the PCR test requirement. They even helped us book activities in Spanish. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk from the waterfront. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were top-notch.
