absolutely NOT a 9/10 hotel, the gym was unbearably hot, why wasn’t I given a complimentary drink for this? the noise from the street was incessant, and I simply couldn’t believe the hairdryer in the changing room was broken! I almost thought of leaving a good review, just couldn’t overlook these monumental inconveniences.

the only downside was the very vague instructions about parking (I guess they could improve there). the location is perfect (just a short walk to major sights) and the rooftop patio was amazing for evening drinks! the staff really made us feel at home (especially with those little surprises for our anniversary! ).

The location is fantastic, just steps from the bustling main dining area and La Rambla. The roof terrace offers stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Our family loved the spacious, clean rooms, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids!

The Wi-Fi could be spotty, especially with streaming devices during peak times.

beyond to accommodate our needs. I appreciated the complimentary drinks and the rooftop pool with stunning views. One minor downside was the steam room, which was out of order during our stay. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing base for exploring Barcelona.

Noise levels are off-putting, especially from the street and metro!!! Spa requires awkward advance reservations, and equipment wasn't fully functional!!! Room maintenance is lacking, with slow drains and broken fixtures needing urgent attention!!! Limited TV channels are frustrating!!!

the breakfast was not included and I definitely expected more. also, the AC was simply not working and the staff seemed almost annoyed I asked for assistance. I woudl ve been happy if someone had just thought of my comfort, maybe an upgrade would’ve been nice too. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t overlook these things.

Couples will Love it!

Had a special moment on the rooftop terrace, watched the sunset over the city, perfect for a romantic evening! Also, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like we were their only guests, which was real nice.
