The pools and spa were a good way to relax, and it was a plus that they had an outside garden and pool area. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of different options to choose from. the staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions we had.

The bed was uncomfortable, and we had trouble sleeping at night. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn't work well, which made it difficult to stay in touch with friends and family.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of town and surrounded by beautiful nature. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The service from the staff was impeccable, they were always helpful and efficient. The hotel is a bit difficult to find from the train station.

The thermal pools were varied, offering privacy and a calm atmosphere. The hotel's location in close proximity to the city center was very convenient for dining and shopping.
