Incredibly convenient location for exploring the city and great architecture. Our room was clean and well-appointed. Although we experienced some issues with the coffee machine, the staff was helpful and accommodating. we would recommend this hotel for its value and charm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to some excellent restaurants and pintxos bars. The hotel was situated between two major attractions, the famous museum and the charming Old City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we were impressed with the facilities offered, especially the strong and reliable wifi connection.

Gym is well-equipped and steam room is a nice addition. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping respects privacy. Very satisfied with the convenient and central location.

The hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to transportation options like the bus and metro. It is conveniently located near the old town, which is only a pleasant 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity for guests to enjoy.

The hotel is in need of some updates, as the carpets, wallpaper, and curtains could use a makeover. However, other staff members stepped in and provided great recommendations.

The hotel had all mod cons and a big, elegant room with a separate toilet. It was clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely professional and polite. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum and the old town. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of local cheese and charcuterie.

The value for money at Hotel Carlton was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful large bathroom and a cozy couch area. The location in the center of town was perfect, convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting attractions like the Guggenheim. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even walking us to a nearby restaurant. The hotel itself was stylish and charming, with gorgeous stained glass and elegant furniture.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of toiletry products and better replenishment when needed. Additionally, the blow dryer in the room wasn't functioning properly.

Located in the heart of the city and close to all major attractions, this hotel is a great choice for visitors. The beautiful roundabout with a stunning fountain is just outside the hotel, and the old town is right next door. The rooms are spacious and guest-friendly with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and full amenities. The breakfast is a must-try, with a wide range of quality options including fresh pastries, cheese, and fruit. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and happy to assist with any queries.

I recently stayed at the iconic Carlton hotel in Bilbao and it felt like home. The spacious room with high ceilings and large windows provided a peaceful view of the bustling main square. The separate shower/wet room and bathroom with two basins were a luxurious touch. The central location allowed for easy exploration of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a short walk to the Guggenheim museum and the cathedral. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
