The staff was wonderful, attentive, and pleasant. The inclusive breakfast was excellent. The staff was available day and night and knew every job. The innkeeper's 5-year plan to remodel sounds promising. Looking forward to seeing the improvements.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything, making it a perfect location for exploring the area. The spacious common areas provide a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The staff provides excellent service and are attentive to detail. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a wonderful sit-down breakfast included.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled on a hill, offering a great value for money. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the tavern for dinner and the nearby entertainment center. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the shared bathrooms, were well-maintained. One highlight was the wonderful sit-down breakfast included, which was a perfect start to the day.

Our room in the unrenovated part had a broken shower and the pastries at breakfast were stale. the service was lacking, as we had to wait for someone to show up for work to get coffee in the morning.

The Hartness House provided me with a 5-star experience. The mansion was stunning, and I felt like I stepped back in time. The Charles Lindberg room was a delight, with its canopied king bed and period-style bath. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood made for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Nick, the bartender, chef.

I had a fortuitous decision to stay at Hartness House and it turned out to be an unforgettable visit. The house itself is impressive and full of character, with a lot of history. I stayed in one of the new rooms which, despite being nearly 50 years old, were comfortable and had convenient open shelves. The Tavern provided a delicious dinner and a memorable evening, with a great beer selection. The staff was full of personality and helped arrange a fun tunnel tour. I even got to hear stories of the resident ghost in the Lindbergh room. Marissa shared more history and the whole staff was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this hotel.

The complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were a lovely touch during our Christmas stay. the surrounding area was beautiful, with plenty of snow and lovely views of the mountains. the restaurant on site had delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for our holiday stay.

The room was lacking in amenities such as enough electrical outlets and comfortable beds, making for an uncomfortable stay. the breakfast provided was minimal and disappointing.

The beautiful grounds provided a peaceful environment for relaxation, and the historic charm of the inn added to the overall ambiance. The daily continental breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were always available to assist us during our stay.
