We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and updated, with comfortable beds and great lighting. We loved the convenience of having a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. The thermostat control for the heat/AC was a nice touch. The bathroom was large and clean, and there was a good amount of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The hotel staff was friendly and the location was convenient, with shopping and main roads nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning and the availability of a pool and workout room. it was a fantastic experience for our family.

We felt completely happy with our stay at the hotel, with no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near stores and is easy to access. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is not always clean and may have an unpleasant odor. The breakfast has a good variety of options, but can get busy during peak hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some rooms have a nice view. The hotel also offers a pool, workout room, and laundry room.

The customer service could be more attentive and efficient.

The room at Holiday Inn Express Omaha was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was delicious. The staff at check-in was kind and helpful.

We encountered a minor inconvenience with the TV not working, but the staff promptly addressed the issue. The breakfast could have been restocked more frequently.

The hotel I stayed at for New Year's had great complimentary breakfast options in the morning and also offered free parking during my stay. The location was convenient and close to all of the attractions I wanted to visit. I also enjoyed the comfortable and clean room that I stayed in during my trip.

The housekeeping staff seemed to be lacking in attention to detail. On the first night, there was not enough toilet paper in the room and on the second night, the bathroom was not cleaned properly.
