We had an amazing value for our money at Costa Azul! The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the port and cathedral. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and the Baluard. The staff treated us so well, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of tea choices.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities, which included a pool area with a small jacuzzi and outdoor sunloungers. The location, although on the other side of a busy road, offered fantastic views of the yachts in the marina. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to Santa Catalina, a neighborhood with relaxed bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The suite we stayed in was absolutely amazing! It had a separate bedroom and sitting room, both with individually controlled air conditioning. the terrace was the standout feature, with stunning views and comfortable seating. the room was clean and bright, with funky colorful furniture. the WiFi worked well and the Nespresso machine was a great addition.

The mini-bar in the suite wasn't consistently restocked every day and there didn't seem to be a pattern to when it was replenished. the maids also missed sweeping the balcony floor every day.

Fantastic location with beautiful views over the port/marina. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Great pool terrace and bar on the third floor with all-day food service. Excellent breakfast selection. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Surprisingly reasonable prices for wine and cava.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place! The location was absolutely perfect with a breathtaking sea view right opposite the marina. The staff was incredibly helpful with room service, car and bicycle hire, housekeeping and shuttle service, to name a few. I loved the room amenities as well, including the mini-bar, terrace, television and air conditioning. The sun terrace was also a great spot to relax on the sun loungers and take in the beach umbrellas. The entertainment was spot on with full body massage, foot massage and head massage available.

The staff need to work on their manner and customer service skills a little, particularly some of the receptionists on the night shift. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends regardless of this issue.

I had a wonderful stay at Costa Azul in Palma de Mallorca. the hotel was modern and minimal, with a clean and bright atmosphere. the location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Old Town. My room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the room was cleaned every day and had all the amenities I needed, including a coffee maker and small fridge. the staff at the reception were friendly and professional, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. the fresh and modern design added a clean and crisp feel to the room, and the towels and bathrobe provided were thick and luxurious.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a luxurious bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Guests can also enjoy a tasty breakfast to start their day off right.

One downside to consider is the occasional traffic noise from the busy seafront road.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I was blown away by the overall experience. The location is unbeatable, close to everything from supermarkets to the ferry terminal. The modern furniture in the large, bright rooms was a pleasant surprise, and the large comfortable bed with different kinds of pillows was a dream. The USB outlets were a convenient touch, and the slippers and coffee machine added a nice touch of luxury. The balcony facing South provided an amazing view, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Despite a minor issue with the sliding balcony door, there was nothing else to criticize. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Palma!

The drinks offered on arrival were refreshing and the reception area had a nice ambiance. the location was great, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants nearby. the room decor was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.

The staff at the reception were not friendly or welcoming. They did not seem interested in ensuring a smooth check-in process.
