had an amazing birthday celebration in santa pola, and gran playa made it even better!! the staff was beyond helpful and attentive, especially melania who went above and beyond to solve any issues. the clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and perfect location near the beach and restaurants made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel has an excellent location, away from the crowds and in a peaceful area. The staff is helpful and polite, and the breakfast buffet has good choices. The parking situation is not ideal as the hotel charges for parking on its premises, but there are plenty of free parking spots outside the hotel.

I stayed at Gran Playa hotel for a week to visit family in the area. The spacious room included a fridge and safe, both free of charge. The daily cleaning by friendly staff was impeccable, with fresh sheets and towels provided. The hotel staff were always helpful and not intrusive. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh items and the on-site restaurant offered varied and affordable meals. The hotel's location near a beautiful beach and Pola Park was perfect for family fun. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
