The value for money at Elser Hotel was great, with a fantastic room and amazing views over the bay. The location was perfect, being central to everything, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always helpful and polite.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was more variety in the breakfast options served.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to the cruise port, airport, and offering convenient access to popular attractions such as the Miami Heat stadium and Bayside market.

Wowza! Such a great stay! Loved the complementary gym and pool, we felt totally pampered! Plus, the location was spot on - everything we wanted to do was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. And, we must say, the staff was so kind and welcoming. It made our experience so much more enjoyable.

While everything was fabulous, the room was a bit of a letdown. A few things were broken or dirty which took away from the overall experience.

We recently stayed at The Elser for almost 3 weeks and had a consistently great experience. The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a pleasant scent throughout. The staff, including José Hernández, the valet manager, were friendly and always willing to assist us. They went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, such as installing the Apple TV app so we could watch a specific match. The pool was amazing and the gym was well-equipped. the Elser Hotel provided exceptional service and made our stay enjoyable.
