The hotel is located in the La Latina area, which is a very nice and lively neighborhood. It is not near Atocha or Chamartin main train stations, but it is so close to everything that you can easily explore the city on foot. There are plenty of small bars and restaurants in the area, and Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol are just a few minutes walk away. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as mentioned in the reviews.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is limited and of poor quality, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid! the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were basic but comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a large balcony with stunning views over the city. Plus, the breakfast included delicious fresh fruits like apples and bananas, a lovely start to the day.

The staff at this city hotel were amazing! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars, and public transportation was also very close by. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our city trip.

The noise level. The walls seemed to be quite thin, as we could hear noise from outside and inside the hotel.

Staff was attentive and friendly, especially Jose at the lobby. Good value for the price. Convenient location near town center and metro stations. Clean and quiet rooms with reliable WiFi. Close to restaurants and shops.

We felt well taken care of and appreciated their genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.

The value for money at Hrc Hotel was excellent, with a clean room equipped with a useful desk and lamp for writing emails. The hotel's location was very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the metro station and a 15-minute walk to Plaza de la Puerta del Sol. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.

The only minor improvement could be the breakfast selection, which had a good café but closed a bit early.
