Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this charming boutique hotel in the Basque Country. the surrounding park and spectacular view of the coast was breathtaking. the rooms were tastefully furnished and provided a feeling of unpretentious luxury. Breakfast was superb, with fresh juices, fruit salad, delicious pastries, and bread. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. the small number of rooms made it feel like a family visit rather than a hotel stay.

The room service menu was not very comprehensive, but with so many nearby restaurants, it wasn't really necessary. Some minor facilities like spas were not present, but the tranquility of the hotel more than made up for that.

Amazing views, beautiful gardens and a great pool to relax by. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The staff seemed indifferent and didn't offer a warm welcome. It felt like we were just another number instead of valued guests.
