The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the beach with a beautiful view. Good road connections to tourist attractions. The breakfast was nice and the room had a stunning view. Great tapas at Sa Gavina. The pool was heated and had comfortable sunbeds. a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach and in a very quiet area. The service was outstanding, with room service, car hire and laundry services available. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, balcony, and in-room safe. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist whenever I needed anything. I also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A little gem of a hotel, with lovely rooms and unbelievably comfortable beds. The staff, especially Diego, were amazing. They offered the option of having rooms cleaned every 3 days, in exchange for a 200 Euro credit for the restaurant/bar, effectively providing a free evening meal and breakfast for 4 people. The location on the beach was perfect, and the attached restaurant was very good. The pool area was small but often quiet, sometimes feeling like our own private pool. Port de Soller was a beautiful place, even impressing my hard-to-please teenagers.

Spent Xmas at a gorgeous boutique hotel which was modern and clean with spacious rooms and great views of the mountains or the sea. the staff were amazing; they offered a chance to reduce the environmental effects of changing towels, and we got a "free" evening meal and breakfast for four people. the location was perfect, right on the beach, and the attached restaurant was very good.

Although the hairdryer only worked on the hottest setting, and the toilet paper dispenser was dispensing only one sheet at a time, these were minor issues. there were no room keys- only an app, which did not suit those without smartphones.

I especially loved the pet service offered at this hotel, as they provided everything my dog needed, including a bath towel, shampoo, and a comfy place to sleep. The hotel also had a green offer for long stays, which I found to be a great way to support sustainability while on vacation. the service, cleanliness, and quality of this hotel were exceptional.
