The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, surrounded by lovely cafes and beautiful lanes. The staff were extremely friendly and always attentive.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider buffet selection.

the room was incredibly spacious with exclusive amenities that truly made me feel pampered. the rooftop pool and sun terrace offer a breathtaking view of the city, which I enjoyed relaxing by.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service of some of the staff. While most were friendly and helpful, there were a few who were not as attentive to my needs.

We had a great stay at Kimpton. Clean, well located near shops, restaurants, and the bus stop for the airport. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Comfortable bed. The hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of the city, in the Gothic district. It offers easy access to anywhere in the Old City and to Metro stops for other areas. Additionally, it is close to interesting sights, allowing guests to explore the city conveniently. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooftop pool area was not available for use due to external fitness classes being held there on certain days.

Housekeeping staff wanted guests out of the bedroom early in the morning. They knocked several times and even entered without permission.

The hotel had some nice complimentary cookies and hot cider, which was a nice touch during the chilly Christmas season. the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the public transportation was easy to access. the lobby was cozy and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a fireplace to enjoy.

The heat in the room was unbearable and the staff seemed unable to fix the issue. We had to keep the window open all night, which led to a lot of noise from the street.

My stay at Kimpton was fantastic. The central location was unbeatable, with all the sights of Barcelona within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. Despite a few minor drawbacks like an unusual room layout and open design bathroom, I still had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room we had was perfect - located on the corner, it was quiet and we didn't hear any street noise. the front desk staff, especially Giordi, were extremely kind and helpful. the hotel's location is excellent, close to Las Ramblas. the room was spacious and clean, with a large, comfortable bed. the AC worked perfectly to keep us cool. A nice touch was the candy and personalized welcome note on the bed. a great experience that was definitely worth it!
