I stayed at Novotel for two nights to visit my long lost old girlfriend. The free airport shuttle was really convenient and the staff, especially Gloria @ Chien Chien, were so friendly and helpful. The spacious and clean room had a huge king-size bed, and I loved the free sports room where they even moved the ping pong table for me. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor had delicious food and excellent service. The hotel's location next to the MRT station was very convenient. Thank you, Novotel, for making me feel at home during my stay.

Conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle service. The helpful staff assisted with wake-up calls and taxi reservations. The room had all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Full breakfast included. The Square eating venue offered a variety of dining options.

The breakfast buffet and workout area were excellent, especially the mirrored section for martial arts. Sharon couldn't travel, but Jean Armitage and Lynn Butler had no issues checking in. Met the delightful head chef and manager, Mary. Recommended for other visitors.

The convenience of this hotel was unbeatable. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was a major plus, especially with such a short distance. the fact that breakfast was included in the day rate was a great bonus, making mornings hassle-free. the spacious room provided a comfortable stay.

the hotel is just a 5-minute shuttle bus ride away from the airport, which was convenient. My children loved the indoor swimming pool, which gave them a chance to relax and have fun. the staff was very accommodating and even provided an extra bed in our room. I was impressed that they didn't charge any additional fees for this. When we checked out early in the morning, the hotel even gave us a takeaway breakfast set with breads and orange juice or water.
