The hotel is surrounded by beautiful parkland, creating a lovely environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped, including a bonus freezer. The fold-up chairs and dining arrangement were convenient, and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and neat, and our basement room still had good natural light. The laundry room, located conveniently next to our room, was a great bonus. The staff were also very helpful with bag minding. it was a comfortable stay and excellent value.

loved my stay at this apartment in london. spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. the kitchen was fully equipped and the little toiletry extras in the bathroom were a nice touch. excellent location, easily accessible by tube. will definitely stay here again! reasonably priced too!

One major drawback of this hotel was the lack of accessibility. There were no elevators or ramps, making it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate the multiple flights of stairs.

Lovely purpose built hotel, perfect for a few nights or longer stays. Lots of storage, decent shower, and well-equipped with amenities like toothpaste. Room #4 in the main building had everything I needed, including a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and plenty of drawer space. There were also free washing machines, ironing board, and iron available for use. The lounge and outdoor space looked inviting, and the Polish manager was exceptional in accommodating guest requests. A marvellous ambassador for the property.
