We had an amazing stay at Hotel Niza! the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the bay and easy beach access. Our room was cozy and had two windows, allowing us to enjoy the view even more. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a top floor room with an ocean front view. the breakfasts were delicious, and the bar served fantastic gin and tonics.

I had such an incredible stay at this charming boutique hotel in a prime location. From my room with a balcony, I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the bay, perfect for capturing amazing photos. The central but peaceful location allowed me to easily explore the Old Town and other beach areas on foot. The concierge was exceptional, fluent in multiple languages and always ready to assist. The hotel exuded old-world charm, from the lobby to the ornate hand-operated elevator. The bar/breakfast room overlooking the sea was a delightful spot to enjoy pintxos and a hearty breakfast buffet. The complimentary bicycles provided by the hotel were a bonus, allowing me to take advantage of the fantastic bike path along the seafront. The bathroom amenities were useful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel for a fantastic experience in San Sebastian.

The room on the 6th floor had a stunning 180-degree view of Concha Beach. A lovely balcony added to the experience. The furnishings were good and there was easy access to a great bar and cafe. The staff, especially Leira, were helpful and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right along the beachfront of La Concha in San Sebastian. The rooms provide enormous views of the beautiful Concha and are equipped with air conditioning and good amenities. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers several protein options, making it a great start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel. The view from our room was absolutely perfect, overlooking the beautiful bay. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was so soothing and helped us sleep peacefully. The staff was very friendly and the internet worked flawlessly in our room. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect vacation experience.

Stayed during New Year's and loved the quaint charm and friendly atmosphere. the bar downstairs was a great place to start/end the day. Room had a beautiful view of the water and the beds were comfy. Also, loved the large windows in the restaurant/bar overlooking the boardwalk.

The access to the hotel was difficult for disabled guests and those with large mobility scooters. There was no ramp at the front door and steps to enter.

I recently stayed at Hotel Niza in San Sebastian for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself is a solid 3-star, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location couldn't be better, just a minute away from the beach and close to restaurants. The TV was a highlight, providing great entertainment. The personal touch of new towels in the room after returning from the beach was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the amazing city view from my room, perfect for a solo traveler. The free wifi and comfortable bed were great. The large bathroom was a nice touch. The service was excellent too.

This hotel is amazing! The location is unbeatable, right on the promenade overlooking the main beach. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with a grand old lift. The fresh coffee made to order at breakfast is unbeatable.
