The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhere around the city center. It was also close to several tube stations, with a 5-minute walk to reach them. The room was clean and comfortable, with strong wifi and great facilities.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main tourist sites. We were able to walk to Placa de Catalunya and there were metro stations nearby. there were lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area to explore.

There was an incident where we were directed to a shop by a staff member and ended up getting robbed. This was a disturbing experience that overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel.
