The hotel had amazing rooms with great amenities and cleanliness. the bathroom was fantastic with a luxurious shower. the beds were huge and comfortable, and the seating area in the room was spacious. the location of the hotel was also convenient, offering easy access to key attractions in the city.

The parking situation was not ideal, with narrow spaces and a car lift that was not convenient for quick trips. there was no bidet in the bathroom, which was unexpected.

the hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and they helped us organize a lovely private guided tour. the room was comfortable and clean, and the spa massage was excellent.

Je suis un grand amateur de randonnée et j'ai récemment séjourné dans un hôtel situé dans un super quartier à proximité immédiate de la mer. La chambre était magnifique, avec une immense terrasse donnant sur la mer et la piscine. La literie était excellente et la propreté de la chambre irréprochable. De plus, l'hôtel offrait des installations géniales telles qu'une piscine intérieure avec bains bouillonnants, un hammam et un sauna. Le personnel était charmant et l'animation au bar était très sympathique.

Il y avait un petit inconvénient lors de mon séjour. La baie vitrée de la chambre donnant sur la mer n'était pas parfaitement propre, ce qui était dommage car cela affectait légèrement la vue au réveil.

We enjoyed the complimentary minibar, the swimming pool, and the sun terrace. the location is fantastic, close to all the sights but quiet and peaceful. this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Housekeeping missed turn down service and threw away a reusable cup without checking.

This, along with the bar, enhanced our experience in one of the greatest cities in Europe. The hotel, housed in an old palacio, felt authentic and the room beautifully combined modernity with the building's old charm. The high ceilings were a nice touch. The staff made sure our stay was a delight.

I recently stayed at Coolrooms in Seville for a few nights and it was truly wonderful. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the king-sized bed in my tastefully presented room was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent, especially the amazing shower. On-site car parking, accessed by a car-lift, was convenient. The breakfast, especially the cooked-to-order option, was delicious. The hotel's central courtyard with orange trees and bar added a special charm to my stay.
