We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. We appreciated the ample and free parking space near the hotel, and its proximity to pedestrian areas was a plus. The rooms were quite clean, with comfortable beds and a nice, modern decor.

We were disappointed to find that there was no kettle or fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for our family. the showers were in the bath, which was less than ideal.

As foreign tourists, we were impressed with the warm welcome from the receptionist Rafa. He ensured we had a room on a high floor and provided helpful tips on nearby attractions. The hotel's new look, including the lobby, bar area, and gym, is fantastic. The renovated rooms are also excellent, although a fridge would have been a nice addition. the hotel offers great value and the staff are as welcoming as always.
