Wow! This hotel really exceeded our expectations. the staff here made our stay exceptional. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping was excellent. the breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. the views from the terrace where we had breakfast were breathtaking, and the outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to unwind. the staff, especially the young and new team members, were incredibly pleasant and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. It felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel in a big city rather than a countryside retreat in the mountains.

If I had to nitpick, the air conditioning in our room was a bit tricky to use, but we managed by opening the windows for a cool breeze at night. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but it might be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room with a private garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our late arrival was accommodated. We felt truly cared for during our entire stay.
