Tasty food, polite staff, beautiful garden, convenient location, nice room, varied breakfast and dinner.

The hotel was in a very good location, just a short walk to the beach, and close to supermarkets. The staff, especially the German receptionist Thomas, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel had a well-maintained swimming pool and comfortable rooms with working air conditioning. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious, with a buffet-style offering.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices, including a large salad bar. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during the hot summer months.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful sunset walks along the promenade. Additionally, the proximity of the hotel to the kitchen washing up area makes it easy for guests to access the beach and enjoy the stunning views.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with very reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach and situated in a vibrant area. The staff are friendly and provide great service, and the rooms with a terrace offer a nice view from the top floors. Additionally, having an extra bed in the room is a convenient feature. And to top it off, breakfast is included, which is a great way to start the day.

Close to beach, great food, friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water non-stop. Manager allowed us to use beautiful garden for honeymoon photos. Sheets and towels changed daily. Limited parking if renting a car. enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Hsm Reina Del Mar. the hotel's location was very convenient, just a short distance from the airport and close to Palma. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were perfect for us. the room was clean and cozy, with a nice balcony offering a great view. the swimming pool was a bonus, and we enjoyed spending time there. the food at the restaurant was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious choices.
