There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. the pool area was also a highlight, although it was often busy, the pool itself was great for a refreshing swim.

The hotel had some major drawbacks. the layout of the hotel was inconvenient, with only two elevators in the middle of the building.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel in Costa Adeje. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms always being very clean and well tended to. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The buffet was always well-stocked with a variety of options that were very well prepared. The location was excellent, as it was close to the beachside promenades and just a short walk away from the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The food at the hotel was lovely, with different choices every night to cater for our vegetarian and vegan needs. The availability of food was from 7am to 9pm, and there were also plenty of options at the snack bar. We were impressed with the fresh olives available in the evening, as well as nuts until 12:30am. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick at serving behind the bar. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to the water park and a quick taxi ride to Playa De Las Americas. The entertainment at the hotel was diverse and professional, with performers brought in for shows instead of just the animation team putting on sketches. We also appreciated the hotel's policy of allowing guests to use the all-inclusive amenities even after checking out and providing a clean room for showering and getting ready before leaving.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of staff friendliness and the quality of the food and drinks. the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the food was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

One major downside of my stay was the accessibility of the disabled room. It was much too small to accommodate a wheelchair and the distance to the bathroom was too narrow.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. We had a fantastic experience at this 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk downhill to the beach and a fabulous stroll along the promenade where you can find lots of shops and bars. The food was amongst the best we have had, with a wide variety of delicious options including lamb cutlets, carved joints, pork chops, and sirloin steaks. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, especially the bar staff Marlena, Alex, Linda, and Rocio who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and provided a great place to relax and unwind. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
