The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a modern TV offering a wide selection of channels in English, Basque, and Spanish. The location was perfect for me as I was traveling by car, but there were also nearby Euskotren and bus stations with excellent connections to the city and nearby towns. The staff were lovely and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
