The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a modern TV offering a wide selection of channels in English, Basque, and Spanish. The location was perfect for me as I was traveling by car, but there were also nearby Euskotren and bus stations with excellent connections to the city and nearby towns.
