The location was perfect for us to easily navigate and discover Durango city center. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a stunning view of the steep hillside and service road below. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. The breakfast area was well-decorated and offered a variety of options to kickstart our day. We also took advantage of the spa access, which was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, well worth the additional cost.

The parking on-site was quite pricey, with a daily fee of 12 euros.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a town close to the famous Asador Etxebarri restaurant. The rooms were modern, clean, and had comfortable beds, making our stay here very enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that everything was taken care of during our stay. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the proximity to the town center made it easy to explore and try the local bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities such as a gym and spa, where we had the best hotel gym experience ever. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was always efficient and friendly. the location of the hotel is great! It was easy to get to all the nearby towns and tourist spots. the breakfast had a wide range of options and was delicious!

The restaurant was closed for dinner, so we had to eat elsewhere, and the hotel bar was closed at night. It would have been nice to have a kettle and some complimentary coffee/hot chocolate sachets/tea bags in the room for a hot drink.

We had a great stay at this very clean and comfortable hotel. the location was convenient, with Durango Railway Station just a short walk away. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the SPA Centre with its saunas and swimming pool, which were open until late in the evening. the breakfast in the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food and beverages.
