Friendly and welcoming staff made check-in a breeze. The spacious room on the top floor was well-appointed and had a lovely full bathroom. The restaurant served amazing food with a unique playlist in the background. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I just got back from a fantastic stay at this delightful hotel in Kinross. the prices were incredibly fair, especially for food and drink. I couldn't believe how much value for money I got. The rooms were charming, with a touch of quirkiness due to the age of the building. It felt like staying in a cozy Victorian-era home rather than a hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was top-notch. I also have to mention the breakfast, which was absolutely divine. The poached eggs were easily the best I've ever had, and the locally roasted coffee was a delightful treat. this hotel has certainly earned my recommendation for its attention to detail, location just off the motorway, and the pleasant staff who made my stay memorable.

The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail and level of service provided. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious, with generous servings that left me feeling satisfied for the day ahead. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is a hidden gem just off the motorway, perfect for exploring the town and its attractions. The rooms on the top floor are cozy and come with a very good ensuite shower. The newly fitted bathrooms are huge! The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly and the service outstanding. Breakfast is a treat, with the best poached eggs I've ever had and locally roasted coffee.

All was just fine, nothing to complain about.

We also enjoyed having dinner at the hotel, as we knew from previous visits that the food was excellent.

Located just outside of bustling Edinburgh, I found the peaceful atmosphere in the Kinross area to be a refreshing change. The bar area was always buzzing with people enjoying delicious food and drinks. The friendly staff made it clear that they are dedicated to transforming the hotel into a top-notch destination. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast options were excellent. a great find!

I recently stayed at Kirklands Hotel in Kinross for a short trip to explore the area. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere and the walk around Loch Leven was lovely. It was also nice to see the advertisement for Peter Yealands winery from NZ. I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

We recently stayed in a charming small hotel situated conveniently for nearby events. the service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delectable, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the ease of parking and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Our room faced the back and was a bit noisy as the floorboards creaked with every movement. the dinner menu was limited and our starters seemed rather small for the price.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location was fantastic, very central for everything, including a picturesque loch just a short walk away. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and an excellent en suite. For the rate of the room, it was definitely value for money. And let me tell you, the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had - efficient and nicely cooked, although be warned, if you have the full English, be ready not to eat for the rest of the day. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was an excellent experience.
