Loud music can be heard through the hallways 24/7, which can be disruptive to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel facilities, including the spa and gym, were great. The location was perfect, right beside the Arts and Science centre and the Aquarium, which provided a brilliant experience. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable amenities, such as spacious rooms with beautiful views of the park, added to our enjoyable stay. The breakfast provided a variety of options and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and caring staff provided prompt service throughout our visit. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the L'Oceanografic and museum. We were fortunate to find a free parking space in front of the hotel, and the receptionist confirmed this for us. The hotel also offered its own parking space, although it was chargeable. Our room on the 5th floor had a kettle, allowing us to enjoy hot beverages. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complementary soft drinks in the fridge. The bathroom was well-equipped with necessary toiletries, and the reception promptly provided an extra dental kit upon request. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff even catered to our special request of salt-free scrambled eggs for our baby. We were also pleased to find a baby feeding room with a microwave in the attached shopping mall, which was extremely helpful on the day of our departure.

I stayed at Ilunion Aqua for a week and it was fantastic! The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location. There are plenty of options for public transportation nearby, including direct buses to the beach. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I loved the view from my spacious room, overlooking the Ciudad des Artes y Ciencias and even catching a glimpse of the dolphins at the Oceanografic. a great hotel experience!

My stay at Ilunion Aqua 4 was fantastic. The hotel, located near the Ciudad des Artes y Ciencias, offered modern and spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the Oceanografico. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially considering we arrived earlier than the check-in hour. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall and restaurants just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of pastries, breads, cheese, fresh fruits, and juices. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location near shopping malls, the Aquarium, and science museum. 5-minute drive to city center, 20-minute walk to beach. Spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. Helpful staff allowed us to store luggage before our late flight. Would book again.

This place is amazing! It's located above a massive shopping centre in a very posh area. The hotel is also very close to a beautiful park and offers leisure facilities like beach access and a fitness centre.

Spacious room, panoramic view. Helpful staff, pleasant and friendly. Outstanding location above shopping mall, riverbed and City of Arts and Science nearby. Spectacular views from terraces. Premises cleaned well, social responsibility a plus.

We loved the modern location of the hotel next to a shopping center with plenty of food options. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall I recommend for a great stay.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff, particularly Begonia and David, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to recommend places for us to visit, which made our experience even better. The hotel's location, near Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and on top of a shopping mall, was perfect. We were able to easily explore the area, including Juria Park and the bus stop for local buses and hop-on-hop-off, which were just around the corner. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to a shopping center and with easy access to popular tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests.

The lack of parking options. As the hotel did not offer free parking, guests had to use the public paid parking, which could be quite expensive, especially for longer stays.
