They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even finding us another room when the hotel was fully booked. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of all the major attractions. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the rooftop bar provided a fantastic view of the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I got great value for my money with a spacious and clean room, a large bathroom, and a comfortable double bed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Best Western definitely lived up to its brand reputation.

The hotel had a great location, close to Termini station and within walking distance of many major sites. Lots of restaurants were nearby as well. the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable. the free wifi was very good, and there was even a device available for making free international and local calls. the prices for the minibar were also reasonable.

The only minor issue was that the hotel provided very flimsy plastic drinking glasses instead of real glass. It would have been nice to have better quality glasses in a hotel of this class.

My stay at Best Western in Rome was fantastic! I was there for three nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the main train station and within walking distance to many attractions. The triple room that I stayed in was spacious enough for three adults and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered for just 5 Euros was simply the best - a wide variety of delicious food including fresh coffee and muffins made to order. The hotel restaurant staff were excellent and the prices were reasonable. I also loved that they had a sauna and steam room available upon request. I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to all the major sites in the city, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. the hotel was also conveniently located near Termini Station, making it super easy to navigate the city. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the best features was the included breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to start our day off right.

The customer service at this hotel was a bit lacking. After my stay, I noticed that they had charged my credit card a deposit amount, which they never refunded despite me paying the full amount in person.
