I had a wonderful stay at this quiet gem in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, with easy access to subway stations and within walking distance of great shopping, dining, and Bryant Park. the staff at Herald By Luxurban were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean, spacious, and had a modern and comfortable design. I was lucky to have a corner room with a stunning view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and overall great experience.

I stayed at The Herald for one night to attend a concert at MSG. The location was great, just a short walk from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The hotel had friendly and efficient staff, especially the concierge who handled all our luggage needs and even scheduled a car for our departure. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were very good. I also appreciated the nearby market that was open early morning. our stay was enjoyable and the cost was reasonable.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. It would have been convenient to have basic items such as soap and shampoo readily available.

We loved the central location just off Broadway on the 6th Avenue. It was very close to main attractions and close to everything we wanted to see in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Despite some reviews mentioning hidden reception, I had no trouble finding it. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the hidden entrance and the need for some decor updates, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. I also missed having a kettle in the room, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

I recently stayed at The Herald in the heart of the city for a week-long vacation. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything. The Herald By Luxurban is superbly located in central Manhattan, close to all major tourist spots. The rooms are comfortable with amazing views of the Empire State Building. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well connected to other areas of the city and there is a subway station right outside. the hotel offers a non-stop reception, guarded luggage storage, and the possibility to accommodate children in the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at the Herald By Luxurban! the location couldn't have been more perfect, right on Herald Square across from Macy's. With a subway station just steps away, we had the entire city at our fingertips. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room had a beautiful view from the window. We also loved the on-site gym and enjoyed a relaxing meal on the fourth-floor deck. the variety of food options within a block or two was incredible, from sushi and poké to Italian and burgers, not to mention the fast-food chains and street vendor carts.
