The location was perfect, close to the bus station and San Mamés metro. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the hotel's fair prices. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel had bright, clean, and comfortable rooms, and I particularly enjoyed staying on the 10th floor, as it was very quiet at night. The hotel had two complementary facts offered which were a nice touch. the location was excellent for our city break, just a short walk to the main sights we wanted to see. We also enjoyed having a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The shower emitted strong smells of urine and the tub was dangerously slippery. When we brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they were not helpful at all.
