The location was perfect, close to the bus station and San Mamés metro. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the hotel's fair prices. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had two complementary facts offered which were a nice touch. The location was excellent for our city break, just a short walk to the main sights we wanted to see. We also enjoyed having a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Our room had some issues which put a damper on our stay. The shower emitted strong smells of urine and the tub was dangerously slippery.
