An "all-inclusive 5-star resort," huh? More like 3 stars trying hard. Loved the "al fresco dining" at the "7 restaurants. " Spa was a cold joke - felt like I was in an iceberg.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely surprise of basic old rooms with no toiletries!

The hotel had a beautiful beach right at its doorstep, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the layout of the property was well-designed, with a large garden surrounding the rooms, creating a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. the spa facilities were decent, providing a relaxing experience to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The room was basic and lacked toiletries, giving it a somewhat outdated feel. the food offered at the hotel was average, with limited variety.

One area for improvement could be the temperature of the pool water, as it was quite cold. Perhaps heating the water would make for a more enjoyable swimming experience.
