We loved being tucked away from the crowds, but still being right by the sea. Additionally, having comfortable buses just outside the hotel every half hour that took you to Thera throughout the day was really handy. Being pretty much right by the entrance to the amazing Akrotiri archeological site was great for us, then bus into the Museum - perfect. The hotel was delightfully small and low key, tucked very aesthetically into the slope up from the beach. Our room, number 15 was a decent size, with the Santorini-style curve giving height to the ceiling and small ensuite bathroom. The room opened to a shared balcony space with a wonderful view out towards where people walk round to Red Sand Beach. We also had a view of the boats moored out from the beach. We had the balcony to ourselves nearly all of the time. Should mention the breakfast on the terrace below was very good once you got the hang of the ordering system. Highly recommend including the grilled vegetables in your order.

We also enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants along the seafront, offering fresh seafood and Greek dishes. the location was peaceful and beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions.

The breakfast was amazing and the value for money was incredible. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near Red Beach and great tavernas. We would definitely recommend hiring a car to explore the rest of the island. we had a fantastic experience and would consider staying here again if we return to Santorini.

The hotel also provided beach chairs and umbrellas, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and filling. Additionally, the hotel's location outside the main town provided a peaceful atmosphere and amazing views for stargazing.

The wifi only worked outside, not in the room. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

Oh, the horror! There were 78 steps to climb from our room to the road. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but I suffered in silence.
