we had an exceptional experience at Renaissance in VinPearl. the villa was spacious and luxurious, with top-quality amenities and breathtaking views of the beach. the private pool and beach access were highlights of our stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had, and the bbq party dinner at the villa was a memorable, delightful experience. overall, we were thoroughly impressed with everything Renaissance offered. Cons: Was all great! 🌟.

The pool at the hotel was top-notch, a great spot to chill, and the breakfast was delish and offered plenty of choices. the massage I had was just what I needed, super relaxing 🌊. the location was a tad inconvenient since it took a cab ride to get to Old Town, but overall it did not dampen my fantastic stay.

The staff here is top-notch; they were all very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help and make your stay more comfortable. the breakfasts here are very very big and quite nice, with lots of options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. the room service is excellent, and the outdoor swimming pool is fantastic overall, perfect for a relaxing day under the sun. If you are looking for a great massage, the spa & wellness centre is the place to go; the staff is attentive and skilled, making sure you leave feeling rejuvenated.

One thing that could be improved is the language barrier; some staff members struggle to understand English well, which might lead to miscommunication at times.

We had a truly top-notch experience at Vinpearl Resort & Spa. The beautiful villa was perfect for our family of six, and the breakfast spread was one of the best we've had worldwide. The local cooks really knew how to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The spa was excellent, and Thuy provided an unforgettable experience. The location was also great, just a short taxi ride away from Old Town. we highly recommend this resort.

While staying here, we were pampered with all the luxurious amenities and services we could ask for. the impressive infinity pool and surrounding sun terraces gave us ample space to relax; the garden area was simply delightful and provided a serene environment. the all-day buffet breakfast boasted a wide range of dishes that were beyond delicious. We also availed ourselves of the excellent bar and poolside snack bar service.

The onsite gym and swimming pool are impressive. the room was huge and comfy. There were plenty of onsite food and drink options. the location was great for exploring the surrounding area.

The Wi-Fi was patchy and slow at times. Several amenities were advertised on the hotel website that weren't actually available.
