Extremely slow service, had to wait for at least 15 minutes for everything. Check-in process took around 30 minutes and had to go to reception multiple times for check-out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Lara went above and beyond with breakfast. The villa was well-equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds. The complex was clean and quiet. The restaurant had a varied menu and reasonable prices. The resort was eco-friendly with plenty of recycling facilities.

Our apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach where there were also many restaurants to choose from. The resort itself was perfect for our young family and provided all the necessary amenities. We loved being right next to the main entry gate, making it convenient for both pedestrians and vehicles.

We loved our stay at Jardines Del Sol! The villas were cozy and quiet, with amazing air conditioning. The pools were fantastic and we enjoyed the option to WhatsApp or email reception with any queries during our stay. The staff were incredible and very responsive. The restaurant served gorgeous and tasty food. we had a relaxing holiday and plan to come back soon.

The hotel is located right next to a busy road junction, which can be noisy at times.

I recently stayed at Jardines Del Sol for a family holiday and it was fantastic. The 4-bed Villa was spacious, clean, and had its own private security gate and garage. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They provided bottled water and took orders for fresh pastries and bread each morning, saving us a trip to the supermarket. The snack bar food was delicious and the onsite facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return in the future.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, with taxis readily available and free parking for those with a car. the ability to pre-order fresh pastries to the room in the morning was a delightful touch. The pool was also lovely and provided a great place to relax and unwind.

The soundproofing between the apartments could have been better, as we could hear the TV from the adjoining room while trying to sleep. there were some disappointing aspects such as having to pay for pool towels and the use of the in-room safety deposit box.

Super friendly staff, great nightly entertainment in the bar, large villa with plenty of crockery and utensils, beautiful gardens, comfy beds.

I recently stayed at Jardines Del Sol in Playa Blanca for a week with my family. The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful. The bungalow apartments were unique and charming, unlike the typical apartment blocks found elsewhere. The villas were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful pool area. The reception team and the staff at Bailey's Bar were superb, creating a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. The food at Bailey's Bar was also great. The cleaning and maintenance staff did a fantastic job. We had such a wonderful experience that our son has already rebooked for next year. That says it all!

I highly recommend this hotel.
