I had an amazing time at Ona Las Casitas. The pool area was lovely and the lifeguards were so friendly and helpful. The staff at the bar were also really nice. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach all within a 5-minute walk. The atmosphere was peaceful and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The activities like bingo and quizzes added to the fun. The playground was great for kids and the pool was of a good size. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at Ona Las Casitas.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us - it was so close to the town center and all the local restaurants, yet tucked away in a very quiet enclosed area. It was also really convenient to have a supermarket just a stone's throw away. The service here was top-notch, with car hire available and the room amenities exceeded our expectations. From the ironing facilities to the in-room safe, everything we needed was provided. The hotel also had a lovely dining area and a bar/lounge where we could unwind after a long day of exploring. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach access and the sun loungers by the poolside. The garden area was beautifully maintained and it was great to have free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

This resort is perfectly located, just a short walk away from an array of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's also conveniently close to the port, making day trips easily accessible. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and spacious. The friendly and helpful staff provided great service from the moment we arrived. The heated pool was a delightful bonus. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with everything we needed at our fingertips.

The wifi signal in the apartment was weak and we had to go to the poolside for a better connection.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated near the harbor, making it convenient for exploring the area. We also enjoyed spending evenings at Barney's, a nearby pub with a lively atmosphere. Additionally, being close to the bus station made it easy for us to explore other parts of the city. Walking distance to everything was a major advantage, allowing us to easily access shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The unreliable internet connection in our apartment, but it was a minor inconvenience that didn't affect our overall experience.

The pool was heated, which was necessary even in August! We're from Holland and used to cold pools, so having a heated pool made a huge difference. the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful, providing restaurant advice and great service. we had a superb and relaxing stay at Ona Las Casitas.

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a family. We loved using the swimming pool and the bar had a great selection of drinks. It was also close to the bus station and was easy to find.

The Christmas dinner was not up to our expectations and the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic. the location was a bit too quiet for our liking and there weren't many options for entertainment.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday, with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Swap library is jaw-dropping for British book lovers. Plenty of activities and lots to do. Safe to stroll around in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ona Las Casitas. The easy access to the Promenade through the back gate was perfect for our family. The heated pool was a big hit, and the pool bar offered delicious food and cocktails. The entertainment provided added to the fun atmosphere. It was also great to have a short walk to Playa Dorada beach, which had sunbeds available. There were plenty of excellent restaurants and lively bars in the area. The staff at reception were very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this place called Ona Las Casitas. the location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the harbor, restaurants, and bars. the privacy was great, even in the front row next to the pool. I loved being able to enjoy live music on my terrace from the pool bar. Plus, I was allowed to use the pool area even after checkout while waiting for my ferry. the service here was exceptional, making for a great accommodation experience.

We had great value for our money at Ona Las Casitas. The room was comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

As for food for breakfast, it could have been a bit more varied.
