The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the beach. the pool was big and clean, perfect for a refreshing swim. the food was also a standout feature, with a variety of options to cater to different diets. I particularly appreciated the gluten-free and vegan choices available. the staff at the reception were very helpful and knowledgeable, providing recommendations for activities in the area. They even helped us rent bikes and a car. it was a pleasant experience with nightly entertainment to top it off.

Although the hotel had many great features, there were a couple of downsides. some of the staff, especially the waiters/waitresses, seemed to prioritize serving Spanish speakers over others, which felt a bit patronizing.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area with plenty of things to do. The hotel offered excellent services, including car and bicycle hire, housekeeping, and laundry. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service at the reception desk. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink from Miguel the manager. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace to relax on. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the live entertainment provided in the evenings. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices and the restaurant and bar areas provided delicious meals and refreshing drinks. we were impressed with the service, amenities, and location of this hotel.

I had a lovely weekend at this hotel. the pool area was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach and surrounded by local shops for anything I needed.

The elevators were quite small, which meant waiting for a while when multiple guests were using them. finding a table at mealtimes was a bit chaotic, with no guidance given to new arrivals on where to sit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel itself is split into three pool areas, each with different depths, making it suitable for everyone. We loved the fact that there were plenty of sun loungers available, and the poolside bar was a great bonus. The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

We did experience a couple of small issues during our stay. There were times when the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished fast enough, especially when it came to bacon and sausages.
