The value for money at Sedgebrook Hall was excellent, and the room was very comfortable with a nice large bed. The location was great, just a short walk to a lovely local pub. The staff treated me extremely well, from the friendly reception to the efficient restaurant staff.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement with more vegetarian options.

our recent stay in northampton was relaxing and exceeded expectations! sedgebrook hall was clean, modern, and close to amenities. the restaurant had delicious, reasonably priced food. staff were polite and helpful. the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were fantastic. overall, a wonderful experience.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a stunning rural location with beautiful surroundings. The hotel had lovely walks and cycle routes right on our doorstep. We were also pleased to find lots of charming pubs in the area, perfect for a relaxing evening. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. the hotel had a newly refurbished bar area that looked great and was very spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The service at the hotel was patchy and could have been better.

We had a fantastic time at the Christmas party held at Sedgebrook. The Oak suite was superb, and the DJ played exceptional Christmas tunes that got us all in the festive spirit. The highlight was the sublime food, especially the amazing salmon and Christmas pudding. We loved it so much that we even booked for afternoon tea. Huge thanks to the team at Sedgebrook for making our Christmas party the best ever.

The complimentary mince pies and mulled wine were a nice touch, plus the free parking was a huge benefit. The hotel was located close to a shopping center and plenty of restaurants which made it easy to get out and about. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The xmas decorations were not tasteful and took away from the overall atmosphere. The heating in the room was mismanaged, and it was too hot to be comfortable.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a conference, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The hotel is situated in picturesque gardens, and the beautiful grounds create a truly lovely atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the breathtaking view as the hotel is perched on a hill. The service at this place was impeccable, with the staff displaying exceptional customer service skills. From the warm welcome received at reception to the attentive room service and housekeeping, we felt truly pampered throughout our stay. The hotel offers a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, ensuring our utmost comfort. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the garden furniture provided on the terrace. Furthermore, the hotel provided us with free toiletries and a television with an am/fm alarm clock, adding to the overall convenience of our stay.

On arrival everything seemed OK and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, nestled in beautiful grounds in a truly lovely area. Plus, it's next to a really cute railway station that's worth a look. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was functional. The breakfast had a nice variety and was hot and tasty. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and the staff were accommodating. the hotel had some nice facilities and advantages, such as a pool and comfy beds.

The service seemed to be slow at times, with not enough staff available to address the needs of the guests.

We verbleven in een gezellige tweepersoonskamer in een oud en karakteristiek pand. De locatie was perfect voor ons, aangezien we naar het Andre Rieu concert gingen, dat heel dichtbij het Vrijthof plaatsvond. De kamer was klein, maar het paste perfect bij ons. Het personeel was gastvrij en behulpzaam, ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken.

Helaas was er geen goede plek om ons toiletgerief in de piepkleine badkamer te plaatsen.

The beautiful surroundings provided a peaceful and idyllic getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The small but well-equipped gym and pool were a great addition, and we appreciated the towels and convenient bags for our wet bathing suits. Our room, although it had a few minor issues such as a wobbly toilet and a bath that needed better cleaning, was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of options. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its lovely staff and beautiful location.
